Clinical trials.gov - Completed trials

Hi,
Can somebody explain to me why there seem to be a number of trials for depression listed on the http://www.clinicaltrials.gov site which have a status of complete and yet don't give any results. It's really frustrating.
Does anyone know where the results are published?
