i'm sorry if it seems i am ignoring this. it is so heartwarming to get such a response by babblers interested helping other babblers, so i need to clarify that i'm not ignoring this. not very good at messaging atm, taking a lot of medication trying to untangle progressively cluttered days. yesterday deneb was able to get the article at ottawa u library. this was very helpful.
unfortunately, i still cannot find any indication of what dose i should be using as the starting dose for abilify, presuming i can get it. my indication matches more with the anhedonic/depression indication than anything else, and as away as possible from doses with the most excessive dopamine blockade (akathisia, already have it.) it is my belief that its anti-anhedonic effects relate to it's effects on the 5HT-1A receptor, indeed if you search "anti-anhedonic" on pubmed you get the most anaemic set of search results ever, but the other drugs that come up tend to highlight something of interest. flibanserin ($$$... sadface), very high dose buspirone.
i need guidance on the dose. higher occupancy than buspirone, lower intrinsic efficacy, but no dose lower than 10mg tested for occupancy. no downward trend from 30-10mg noted but 5HT-1A occupancy measurements seem very tricky.
