Its a grey area to post entire lengthy scholarly entries, though I think we as consumers (patients) should have more access to peer-reviewed journals that are more reliable sources than what is typically found on the internet, with exception to sites that follow certain guidelines such as "HONCode" (health-on-the-net).
If you live near a university/college depending on their policies you may be able to browse stacks or electronic journal subscriptions on-site and xerox or print them out.
Local city libraries usually don't have extensive resources of medical journals because its not as much of a specialty as a university which has some form of medical/biochemical school or research associated with it.
