Well said Link. I'd like to add that xanax has some slight antidepressant properties but never made me feel high or disinhibited just lifted anxiety so I felt "normal". Alchohol doesn't compare. I have heard stories of ambien creating amnesia type side effects sleep walking etc. Phillipa
