Scott I need advice

Parnate has been a wonder drug for me. I have been on it for 6 months. At first, it knocked me out, then my pdoc agreed to give me 200 mg Provigil. I have been on 60mg since May. I had my life back with energy. Now all of a sudden I am very tired again. I told my Pdoc I wanted to increse to 80 mg and 2 provigil. He refuses to augent with anything else. I need more stimulation.I do not want to go back to how I was.
Any suggestions.
