I wouldn't be the best person to ask. It does have a very favourable s/e profile, so if that has been a problem for you, it could be good.
As I recall, you have a great deal of anxiety?
Are you the person for whom Paxil was great a long time ago? Doesn't matter. I get everyone mixed up.It is of some help to me. In particular my sleep is improved. And it is a natural kind of improvement. Perhaps in this way it is unique among available psych drugs.
The residual effect during the day is a kind of dopaminergic type feeling....fractionally euphoric, rather than mood elevating.
