Parnate and lithium

Does anyone have experience taking Parnate and lithium concurrently? I am on Nardil (1 year), Lamictal, lithium, and Abilify. But have been having disturbing and noticeable side effects from the Nardil. I am interested in a trial of Parnate instead of the Nardil, but my doctor does not want to because of the risk of lithium toxicity and seritonin syndrome. I would appreciate any feedback on this combination.
