Prozac and Continued Weight Loss In Girl Why????

Seems this lady in the store we purchase a lot of our items for ebay is losing weight and seeing her doc he put her on prozac 20mg doesn't feel much better but working and acting fine. But she's skin and bones keeps losing weight. Doc has tested thyroid. Any ideas why? Love Phillipa
