The combination of zyprexa and zoloft will in many ways be similar (on paper) to anafranil. As SLS mentioned, they are both potent SSRI's. Clomipramine is also a 5-ht2a/c receptor antagonist as is zyprexa.

Also, clompiramine actually has some mild/moderate d2 receptor antagonism (which makes it a mild antipsychotic). A similar (but perhaps more potent) effect will be replicated with the zyprexa.
