Hi to all and excuse my English!
This is very strange!
After using every kind of Ad against my distymic disorder (low mood, anergye, a little social phobic disorder...) with no results or a worsening... I tried to use, a Benzo (that i use at night for helping sleep) in a very low dosage, during the day.
I took (now, by 2 weeks) about 20% or less, of the normal dosage recommended for the drug (an Benzo derivated from Diazepan but with a long life in the body).
I was sure that it would have no helped me at all, or given the "somnolence" effect that i have when i take a normal dosage of the Benzo during the day.
The results was quite incredible for me, and I repeat it day by day before being sure and write this post.
I feel very "stimulated", energic and the mood is very lifted. I feel almost well and "normal". I am able to do several things that last month I wasn't able even to programme. This for me is very much! But I know that it could be only an "placebo" effect, because i wasn't able to find anything about this "paradoxical" effect of Benzo. Do you have any similar experience or knowledge to share?
