Benzos worked great for me on scheduled basis for nearly 40 years. So Agree also with Zana that a regular long acting one is probably the best. I wouldn't go on and off paxil as they may not work the next time. I myself was on l0mg of paxil for two years years ago with benzos. Good luck sounds miserable. Phillipa
