Sounds to me a lot like Ocinaplon which had
the exact characteristics.In addition to not causing sleepiness or
tolerance it (allegedly) had a greater
anxiolytic effect than comparable benzos.I followed the clinical trials for many years
with great anticipation. Unfortunately, it
caused an adverse liver reaction in a one
subject in a phase 2 clinical trial and was
withdrawn.I hope this medication avoids these issues.
A medication with this profile (especially
the non-tolerance part would be
revolutionary).I am always skeptical when these new meds
tout non-tolerance. There are so few meds
that do not result in tolerance.
