Amineptine vs. Ritalin / Adderall

Ok , since i'm posting way too much on this board and my depression is becoming my hobby (NOT GOOD) this is the only posting I will make today.
But, I am curious, what is the difference between amineptine and ritalin/adderall? I know they both work on Dopamine, but why isn't ritalin / adderall used as an antidepressant, and amineptine is (theoretically, I know its off the market now). Aren't they all dopamine reuptake inhibitors?
Pls explain.
