I took small doses for sleep and started at 12.5 then 25 mg. The first dose I took felt like my brain was taking a warm bath and sleep was ok. I developed some irritability on it and then it progressed to akathisia at the higher dose. It was clear to me that seroquel was not going to cut it as a long term solution for sleep even at small doses. I am very med sensitive so I have to really watch what I take. Was the nef and rozerem not working anymore?

I just started 10 mg of nortryptline for anxiety and sleep. Have you tried small doses of any tca's? I really should try anafranil since I have OCD.
