Hi there. I second Jay's comment that it takes as long as it takes with this drug. If I were you, I'd be prepared to ride it out for a while and be patient. My experience was...
glorious response at 75 mg
rash and discontinuation
successful retrial with slower titration
more subtle response that took a longer time
It is not sufficient for me alone, but has worked well with Abilify.
