If I remember correctly, it's the yeast extract. It seems to be in everything canned or packaged. It was frustrating for me also. I think Campbell's tomato soup is yeast free. I'm sure I found a couple of frozen dinners that didn't list it as an ingredient but I can't remember the name.
Read labels and I hope you can find some soups!
