lack of motivation is just one symptom. It doesen't mean your depressed, especially if you're feeling happy. I feel that ssri's hindered my motivation substantially. I just don't experience the drive to do things anymore. It's not depression, more like things have just been shut off by meds. It wouldn't be such an issue if it weren't long lasting.
