Thats awesome that a smaller dose works for you. Get an augment for it relatively quick...you could wait it out but it would suck if it failed on you ya know. Thats my thinking....to lower nardil and augment...this idea is controversial somewhat though as higher nardil doses usually work better for most anxiety sufferers.
I definately want to hear about your memantine experiences man....this is my rx augment of first choice...if I can get it from my gp before I meet the pdoc in a few months. Keep track of what its doing to ya....valuable info for many of us I think.
NAC yep....instant effect. Instant happyness for me while on nardil. Weird sensation in my head, kinda warm...put a funny little grin on my face to. Was enjoyable to some extent...I was taking for its expectorant properties though (pneumonia mucus fighter) so my evaluation of it was from that angle....but definately noticed those side effects that were good. Unfortunately for me...the next day it seemed to depress me (but this could be seroquel as that depresses me) and if I took a dose higher than 250mg (I open up caps) I would get a headache next day. 250mg was perfect and enjoyable to be on. No idea as for OCD...but I know studies suggest its a good supplement for this in some cases.
Do watch out for tolerance issues though...common on sups and herbs. Try to use a few times a week then break to something else if you can...maintain its integrity.

> this also might be a coincidence but i tried 300mg of N-A-C yesterday morning and experienced one of the best days OCD-wise in as long as I can remember. i forgot to take it today, and have felt okay, but yesterday was almost blissful. the only thing that ruined it was when i binged on sugar at the end of the night, which will always spike my anxiety levels. did NAC have such an instant effect on you? it really didn't feel like a placebo since i have almost zero hope invested in anything working these days lol
