You could find a tolerable lower dose that still gives you some benefit then augment with a bit of another med to cover any "gaps" that need filling. Find that dose and see what youre missing at it then go from there.
so far, the only real 'hump' i've experienced was sleeping 14 hours straight after i dropped to 45mg. i think i definitely gave the higher doses a fair shot, but they weren't for me. i can stay awake now during the day which is a huge bonus. i'm going to be experimenting with memantine soon so will either use that as an adjunct to nardil, or stand-alone therapy. in the meantime, i plan on resting @45mg for a week or two and seeing how i pro(/re)gress
