as ajunct to the cipralex. sris can cause fatigue, but also prevent deep sleep.

magnesium or zinc deficiency is the main thing i can think of to improve sleep, though b12 deficiency can reduce melatonin formation. alcar and creatine might help with fatigue directly.
also, not sure what SE you got from bupropion, but trying desipramine or another nri might help with fatigue too. possibly selegiline.
