Hi Ralph agree with you and welcome to babble. I'm getting ready to put on almost a wetsuit and ride my bike for six miles in the rain as ad's I'm on don't do it for me . Excecise is all that workds for me although this only lasts a short while. I function well after it and I'm 63. Welcome to babble. Thanks for your story. Phillipa
