Some literature states that the tyramine content of Brewer's yeast and autolyzed yeast is high. However, there are confusing and contradictory MAOI food lists out there. I don't pay much attention to yeast. I have not had any reaction except for the pepperoni. However, MAOIs are unpredictable. You can eat the same cheese every day for years and not have a reaction, and then one day you react with the classic "cheese reaction". Also, there are interindividual differences in the foods that are tolerated. People have reported eating tons of pepperoni without having a reaction.
I guess I am reluctant to answer your question because of the lack of certainty on my part.
What major products with autolyzed yeast are you referring to? I'll let you know my experiences with them.
