> One good trick to know if you have hypotersion blood pressure is to calculate your heart pulse...some people will tell you that's pulse rate is not related to the blood pressure but that's not true...Take it with 2 fingers on the back of your left wrist, at the base of your left hand....calculate the pulse rate you have in 15 seconds....take the number and multiplied it by 4...if your pulse rate is under 60...and you can feel your heart beat really strong...that's mean you have high blood pressure... Sometimes also an strange headache who start from the neck is also present...but in my case I always have headache so I cannot figure out if it was related to high blood pressure or not...
>That is not true, the people who have said that pulse rate and blood pressure are unrelated are correct. Personally I take Parnate and when I first started taking it, I monitored my blood pressure with a cuff at home. My pulse could be 110 but my blood pressure was so low I was passing out (I forget exact #'s, but a nurse said it was *very* low)
Sorry, don't have any info on the protein powder, I used to take it but stopped completely when I went on the parnate. Personally I am too scared to try it, I have no idea if it's safe or not though.
