the genetics are in place but can be effected by negative or positive environmental stimulithe things i do that mimic my father amaze me
not just the alcoholism and the whacko brain chemistryrecently i have been waking in the night and find myself holding on to a plank on my headboard--took a while to remember i used to see my dad do that--an attempt to keep oneself from falling up i think
