But I, theoretically have some overproduction at D2 just by deducing from what I have taken, for my rare visual somatoform disorder. There's no etiology, how and where it comes from, but its innate.

I assume by you having a condition in the schizophrenic spectrum of disorders would also, for reasons we don't completely understand have over production at Dx and possibly at 5HTx and other centers.

The Lamictal was just a drug you tried quite a while ago -- its very unfortunate and we all here feel a lot for you, but its your body (and not your fault at all -- dont see this as critical and don't blame yourself for it, I have enough self-blame of my own problems, I know I can get caught in that) that continues to produce the dopamine problems, not a drug that you haven't taken for ages --

--- like I said, anything is rarely possible to have shifted a balance, but by now also by that very note, your disorder and the psychosis it produces has also shifted it another direction I'm sure over time.

Well maybe Zyprexa is not the drug for you, and I know you had problems with Clozaril with bad side effects and abandoned it but I still believe that if you continued to try it, something else may have happened better -- but I have no crystal ball. I can't tell you what the right agent for it.

It sounds like Abilify is working for you at least in part, maybe you need to continue to take it and possibly raise the dose a little bit, however your doctors see it.

But don't split an XR, there is no point and it could be negative.
