actually this type of hypomanic i'm fine...i was able to get 4 hours sleep last night, i feel really rested from that. i've been getting on the treadmill (which i desperately need) and it feels great to have the energy to do it.
i'm actually enjoying riding this one out. this is the kind of episode i've been used to before a lot of meds, its not an 'out of control' one. and it's (for once) not dysphoric, so i'm just going to enjoy it while it lasts.
