Scared to start Pristiq, does anyone here take it?

I haven't heard of many people on Pristiq...
Is the withdrawal supposed to be as horrible as
withdrawal from Effexor?
How fast does it act in your system (i.e., 4 wks, 6 wks. etc)?
For those of you who take it, what have been the worse side effects for you?
