I just wanted to followup on my previous post. I want to put emphasis on the improved effectiveness of an overall big picture management of ED, rather than simply relying upon some medication molecule all by itself to do magic. Sometimes it can, sometimes not. Odds can be increased to make it almost always can.
That's why I mentioned things like direct absorption under the tongue, no food for several hours prior (have a feast after making love), allowing an hour to go by after dosing, spend that hour focused on things that would normally be arousing to most people, block out all distractions with the use of a fan as background noise, make the lighting exotic with creative use of a candle, engage in foreplay that attempts to arouse both partners.
Distraction and pressure are enemies. A good attitude is, "This probably won't work, but let's have some fun for the next hour or two and see if anything happens, let's just not expect too much and maybe we might get lucky and be surprised." If one goes to bed bound and determined to make it happen, that is too much pressure and will make things less likely to be successful.
Any noise other than white noise can be a distraction. A passing car. The breathing of your partner. A sigh. The refrigerator kicking in. The cat scratching on the door. Whatever. Turning on a fan makes a good white noise background. While romantic music would seem to make sense, it can actually be very distracting and add to the pressure. No music. Or if any at all, very faint in the background, with the fan being louder than the music.
Viagra can definitely work at half a pill (50mg). But use the entire strategy, not just a pill. The pill stands a good chance of working by itself, but the chances are magnified by multitudes with enhanced absorption strategies, enhanced attitudes, enhanced patience, and enhanced environment, all conducive to excellent low pressure free flowing romance and intimacy.
While Viagra does not directly stimulate desire, it does have an effect. That is, when the man sees that his limp parts are actually getting a little stiffer than usual, desire and hope is sparked. And then it is a chain reaction, with physical response adding to desire, and that in turns magnifies the phsycial response, and that in turn makes the desire even stronger, and it snowballs.
