> hey man,I'm in the same boat 11 1/2 weeks and no Sa relief, as you said your feeling positive dpression relief, I did at wes for to 5 at 75 mg, but then I was upped to 105, whci was too high for me and I had bad hypotension that lasted a month as I came back down to 75 where i've been there now 3 1/2 weeks. I also take 1mg of clonazepam 3x a day.

I'm going to call around tomorrow and see if I can find a pdoc who can see me. I was with one about six or so months ago, and at that time he was trying to tackle my depression first, and once that was under control, he thought he'd try treating the SP. I lost my insurance, and I had to discontinue seeing him. He was too expensive and wanted to see me monthly. That is when I did my research, and went to my family dr, told him about my symptoms, and how I've tried everything under the sun, and he agreed to put me on Nardil at 45 mg. After 2 weeks the dose was increased to 60 mg. 3 weeks after that it was increased to 75 mg. Tomorrow it will be exactly 12 weeks at 75 mg. When I was first increased to 75, my energy level was much higher. I take 5 doses spread throughout the day. I tried taking two at once, but it made me very sedated. But then my family dr said you have to take 2 in the morning, 2 at noon, and 1 at night so your body receives that spike or surge. Anyway, it's been 12 weeks and still it has not helped. My family dr has told me he really isn't qualified to help me, and that I need to see s psychiatrist. So, right now I'm in the middle of trying to find someone with the local mental health facility who will see me. I'm going to muster up the courage tomorrow and call first thing in the morning. I hope that whoever I see will be willing to increase my dosage and not want to make me switch medications. I've just heard so many promising things about Nardil and it's treatment for SP. I never did experience any euphoria, just a slight increase in energy, which has since disipated :(
