Hi Phillipa,
Could this explain why I have such high anxiety?
Five years ago I was diagnosed with an auto-immune disease (Sjogren's syndrome) and ever since I've been battling out of control anxiety.
I even went up to 900 mgs of Seroquel to no avail. I also take loads of supplements like magnesium, fish oil, niacine and others.
So you've heard of this theory before?
