I just take it as needed. Maybe you could as well?I have taken 2 at once. Maybe sometimes (social occasions?) there is something to be said for taking one every hour or so.

If I were to take 2 at once I'd get a toothy feeling, like I am more aware of my teeth in my mouth. Perhaps that is dopamine related?
