I took tianeptine regularly for a while and yes the AD effect kicked in for me in < 30mins. The trick is to maintain the initial sense of well-being the entire day, which it didn't do for me. However at the end of each day I definitely noticed its AD and anxiolytic effect compared to when I wasn't taking it
Tianeptine is a real good drug - no startup, makes you feel better quickly, no side-effects and no withdrawal. Sometimes I take 3 at once just to get a strong boost in my mood but this doesn't last > 30 mins.
I just take it as needed. Maybe you could as well?I don't know if there's any conclusive evidence about early response to it...I don't remember anybody posting they had a bad or no response to it. Did you? Maybe you could try taking two or three at a time?

oppressive feelings of bitterness, rage and the urge to self destruct.
