In my opinion it is almost all entirely post-lexapro stuff you are feeling. My guess is it will take 3 to 6 weeks for things to settle down. If you think about it, it takes at least that long for the nervous system to begin to adjust while getting on, so logic says it will take the same amount of time to adjust after getting off. In my own experiences it actually takes longer. I'm trying to be optimistic at 3 to 6 weeks, but for me it is usually in the 6 to 12 week range. Sometimes switching from one med to another can help smooth things out somewhat but not entirely, but sometimes if there is not enough overlap in their pharmacology then not. Serzone and lexapro are vastly different drugs, so you are in fact feeling post-lexapro stuff, and the low dose of serzone is not likely enough to cause the kinds of things you are feeling.

Lexapro withdrawals.
