Getting off the opiates before the situation becomes even worse.

Its contrite, but that's basically the case, if you've been on a trial of bupenorphine I guess, which itself is used to get off opiates and become dependent, there's really only the choice of going away from them.


Basically it's really bad for about a week or two and its gone, at least for some. And you may need help such as possibly a low dose benzo for anxiety if it gets really bad and definitely medications for GI effects (which themselves are opiates, lomotil or Imodium).

I'm not sure what else to suggest that would be more reassuring
