I have read articles that say even the makers of Zoloft have agreed that doses of over 100mg are no more effective than 150mg or 200mg, but you have to take every thing you read with a grain of salt. I found no difference from 100mg to 150mg in regards to depression, but anxiety, restlessness, insomnia, shaking and jumping at shadows increased greatly. So yes, 150mg was problematic for me personally. I do think your dr. has a good point. I wish my dr. had mentioned this to me, your dr. sounds like he knows what he is talking about, which is fantastic.

Discuss it with your doc, maybe adding something else to the mix might be a good idea as one of the above posters mentioned, instead of increasing your Zoloft dose. Good luck. peace C
