Some side effects are dose dependent. If you're having a side effect at 100mg, it might be more severe at 150mg. I'm not aware of any side effect that would appear specifically at 112mg.

Another option would be adding Wellbutrin which is FDA-approved for seasonal affective disorder. The combination of SSRI (Zoloft) + Wellbutrin is quite effective for some people. SSRI effects serotonin while Wellbutrin effects dopamine and norepinephrine.
