This isn't normally recommended as the outcome can't really be predicted and there may be enhanced side effects. I suppose in some cases it is tried.
As for the Seroquel, I thought you had said 200mg was the maximum you could take.
However this is titrated I think there should be a sufficient resting period between trials as it seems you have gone through quite a variety of medications.
However, I would agree that a sufficient trial, and yes, a journal -- but I wouldn't go back to the day 1, day 2 scrutinizing that I remember before in prior posts -- just an opinion.
That is like taking your temperature and weight every hour on the hour. I'm not trying to be flippant but I think that detracts from medication trials working -- there are psychological components.
I think more an experiential journal, your feelings, outlook, things to increase positivity is a better way of going about it, noting only particularly noticeable side effects if you wish.
