> I forgot to ask this question this morning in my first question. I read online one way is to take a product called Lecithin and also read something about benedryl, but benedryl makes me wired and crazy feeling.

In my own ordeals, the zaps go away in about a 2 to 3 week period after the last dose. They are mighty annoying, but they are not life threatening and there is nothing any doctor or hospital can do for it. So you just have to wait it out.
I figured the brain zaps had to do with serotonin readjustments and that by supplying some more serotonin it would be a fix. So when I had brain zaps after zoloft I began taking 5htp supplements to increase serotonin. I definitely felt the serotonin bigtime, that 5htp was powerful to me, but it had no affect on the zaps. So I don't know what the zaps are. I only know there is probably nothing you can do about it, they are not life threatening, they are a nuisance, and they go away on their own in about 2 to 3 weeks.
