How do you battle Brain Zaps from Celexa Withdrawl

I forgot to ask this question this morning in my first question. I read online one way is to take a product called Lecithin and also read something about benedryl, but benedryl makes me wired and crazy feeling.

Is there anything else to get rid of it beside putting the Celexa back in me ?
