I'll second that list. I take a Multi and Fish Oil for DHA plus glucosamine-chondroitin-MSM for joint pain and a low-dose aspirin to protect my heart.

If you eat supplemented bread and take a multi, you are already getting quite a bit of the B-complex. If you drink supplemented milk and take a multi, your vitamin D levels should be good, too.

I'm very leery of St. John's Wart. The amount of active chemicals vary widely from plant to plant and region to region. Adding it could disrupt the balance of your meds, but not every time, creating very misleading "data" for you to evaluate.
