Hi mogger glad that inositol is working. Here are a few basics that can help with depression and have positive health effects;
I think everyone should be on fish oil. 1-3g of total EPA+DHA.
A multivitamin, and a b-vitamin complex, one with 400mcg of folate.
Vitamin d (D3, 1,000 IU)
