Depakote seems to be a pretty effective choice for that sort of irritable bipolar, but I don't know if it would help with the OCD. If you haven't tried it, though, it's probably worth trying. (And I'm told -- and believe, based on my experience with other medications -- that the OTC acid controllers help mitigate weight gain.)
