Wanted to post a follow up.
My dad experienced significant side effects from lexapro 20/ risperidone 3 mg daily - mostly mental fog, dizziness, constipation, fatigue; so tapered to lexapro 10 mg; risperidone 1 mg daily; anxiety and restlessness is somewhat improved; mood still remains depressed 80% of the time.

Wanted to know from other posting members/ dr bob if adding wellbutrin is likely to help any in this scenario; what dose; how long should he wait for a positive effect; any GI side effects of wellbutrin?
