sorry for posting so much but i searched that website i just posted and realized that it is pretty old and doesn't seem to have been updated.
it shows mirapex as phase II which has been out for a while now, also a new one Valdoxan, which i think i've heard a few people here mention already
(5-HT2C antagonist, f-HT2B antagonist, melatonin M1/M2 receptor agonist)
then there are two others that i would like to know more about if others have heard more of. they were specifically listed under bipolar. (psychosis) but also used for schizophrenia i believe.
zimaril (iloperidone)
(selective DA/NE/5-HT antagonist) at the time it was NDA submitted, which is one step away from being approved (though it would still take forever)
the second is
Asenapine (ORG 5222)
5-HT2 antagonst, D2partial agonist
also NDA submitted
though this one looked a lot at schizophrenia and i think bipolar mania more so than depression.
