So the book may bore you -- but believe me I'm sure there are others out there. And be careful of what you choose -- I mean, for whatever works, works, but personally I wouldn't follow some alternative book that cites no resources and isn't associated with some prominent university researcher. Then again, as I say, you're free to choose what you wish. I don't know of any off the top of my head other that one which is typically recommended by a lot of psychologists or at least used to be.The important thing is you have to be determined.
As to the luvox --
Yes to whatever extent they can be helpful to you -- not everyone is a responder at a certain dose. Why wait? The doses you've quoted in the past, even accounting for your age and sex, don't sound like typical therapeutic doses, honestly, but only you would know.-- Jay
