Right now I'm on a combo of Abilify (20mg) Lithium (600mg) and Lexapro (20mg). It has been a really effective combo for me after trying so many others. The down-side is that I do experience some daytime sleepiness (which my pdoc doesn't seem sufficiently concerned about).
