Safest and best ADs

Consider the following ADs:

+ setraline
+ citalopram
+ venlafaxine
+ fuoxetine

(i) How would you rank these i.t.o. long term safety?

(ii) How would you rank these i.t.o. effectiveness.

I know there's no concrete answer to this. I'm looking for opinions, not hard facts. I've decided to stop taking Cymbalta, and I'm trying to figure out where I go from here.

Any input would be appreciated.
