I've had some success with amantadine, 100mg/d, to counter the negative sexual effects of Prozac. It took about two weeks to become apparent, and it's not 100% effective; but it has helped, particularly with libido and sensation, less so with rigidity. I tried 100mg/2xd, but it made me jittery.
