By the way I posted this on alternative.
I found I have DHEA in my house. Memory so bad no recall as to why I bought it or how long I tried it. I read a little on this site about it. I started taking 12.5mg of it several days ago. Now I am wondering two things.
Think I Should I have my blood tested first and in that vein how long should I be off it before I get the blood work done? Second how does "Keto-7" compare with DHEA for symptoms of depression?Child abuse permanently alters hippocampus DNA ....which can be associated with suicide later in life.

Wow does this hit home. Neglect, abuse, possible physical abuse not remembered.narcissistic mother, extensive family history of depression. Very interesting the interaction upbringing and environment in general relates to gene expression. I dont even understand it much it seems to me common sense at least as it pertains to my life. 'Anecdotal' Epigenetic research is beginning to prove. Does that make sense? Perhaps if I continue to read these referenced articles and read them again I will start to understand it more. In any case I find it fascinating.
