I found that perphenazine has a short half life and take 3 doses a day. So for the first while after a dose its working and 9 hours after taking it the effects start wearing off. Half life of 9 hours.
Same thing for seroquel. Are you angry 3 hours after a dose. Or 9 hours after. You would know if its the seroquel making you angry, or it could be the lack of seroquel. And taking many doses a day would help.
